Requesting an appointment
Submitting the online form requests an appointment. Your cleaning is not confirmed until El Real House Cleaning contacts you to confirm availability and provide an estimate.
Confirmation
Every request is reviewed manually — dates are never automatically reserved, so two households can't be booked into the same slot by mistake. We'll contact you using your preferred contact method.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Plans change. Call or text (913) 963-6656 as soon as you know, and we'll find another time that works for you.
Estimates
Every home is different, so we don't publish fixed prices. Estimates are free and based on your home's size, condition, and the type of cleaning you choose.
